RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are only able to offer returns/replacements for damaged or incorrect items. When your parcel arrives, it is important that you check that your order is correct and not damaged.
Please ensure that you contact us within 3 days after receiving your order if your order is damaged during shipping, or is incorrect. Any claims after this time period will be invalid.

If a product you ordered is faulty or damaged please contacts us with photos of the product and packaging. We will endeavor to correct the issue and get back to you with in 3 working days as to what the next steps are.
Warranties (when a warranty is applied to an item) are held and maintained by the manufacturer/supplier. If you receive a faulty product please contact the manufacturer directly.
